I worked on a number of different UX and BA projects, plus a little bit of pitching for application design and development work.

The example here is a pitch demo of DWS's integrated Engineering Link software access portal for single-point access to existing and early beta release applications for an Australian Defence Force partner.

I worked on a short three-month contract as a senior Usability Business Analyst with the initiation phase of the Veterans First Program. This part of the program was the initial service design assessment of the process journey for DVA staff and how they interacted with their clients at the time (2013). This project highlighted the highly manual processes that need to be automated and was a state way before the current MyService was rolled out

I worked on design patterns and workflow analysis for the Client Portal and also ran the initial paper forms design and roll-out successfully launched on the legislation enablement day.

User Centred Design Analyst

December 2010 to March 2012

UCD analysis, User testing, Client engagement and management.  Developed a system of unified UCD Specifications that incorporate product development stages from wireframes to full specifications in an easy-to-access visual format.

The examples shown here were the original designs for the Central Health Visa project and an online system to support the eventual roll-out of the eMedical program.
